Privacy notice
Last updated: 30 July 2026
This notice explains how Bad Bee Ltd, operating Bad Bee IT Ops and its Bad Bee Automations service, uses personal data when you visit this website, contact us, receive a business-to-business introduction, or become a customer.
Who we are
Bad Bee Ltd is the controller for our website, sales and customer-administration data. Company number 16584707. Registered office: 14B Bensham Manor Road, Thornton Heath, England, CR7 7AA. Contact: automations@badbee.uk.
Data we use and why
| Context | Data | Purpose and lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Website and enquiries | Contact details, enquiry content and basic security logs | To respond, operate the site and prevent abuse. Legitimate interests and steps requested before a contract. |
| B2B introductions | Corporate contact address, company facts, message and opt-out status | To introduce a relevant business service to corporate subscribers. Legitimate interests; we balance relevance and privacy and always offer an opt-out. |
| Customers | Contacts, agreements, billing, configuration and support records | To perform the contract, keep legal records and support the service. |
| Prospect leads processed for customers | Information submitted through the customer's enquiry journey | We normally act as the customer's processor. The customer decides purposes, notices and retention. |
B2B email and opting out
We target relevant limited companies and LLPs, use small personalised batches and do not use tracking pixels in first-contact email. You can opt out by replying "no thanks" or emailing us. We then retain the minimum address and opt-out record needed to avoid contacting you again.
Sharing and international transfers
We use service providers for email, hosting, workflow automation and payment administration. The current list is in our subprocessor notice. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we require an approved safeguard or adequacy mechanism where applicable.
Retention
Unresponsive B2B research records are normally removed within 90 days after the relevant campaign. Customer, contract and transaction records are kept as required for support, tax and legal obligations. Suppression records are retained in minimal form so we can honour opt-outs. Client-lead retention is agreed with each customer.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site does not intentionally use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Essential hosting infrastructure may process limited technical data to deliver and secure the service.
