SERVICE SUMMARY

Service terms

Last updated: 30 July 2026

These public terms summarise the standard offer. Each customer receives a short order form or statement of work before payment; that signed document takes priority where it differs.

The standard package

The £595 implementation fee covers one enquiry source, one approved qualification workflow, one booking calendar, two notification recipients and up to 250 processed enquiries during the first 30 days. The ongoing service is £99 per month after that period. VAT is added only if applicable.

Start and launch target

Work starts after cleared payment, complete access, an approved data-processing arrangement and approved rules and wording. Our target is to launch within two working days from that point. Time does not run while information, access or approval is outstanding.

Technical launch refund

If Bad Bee cannot technically launch the agreed standard workflow within that two-working-day period, the customer may request a refund of the implementation fee. This does not apply where delay or failure results from the customer, a third-party platform outside our reasonable control, a scope change or incomplete access. Any completed custom work and continuing subscription are dealt with in the signed order form.

No outcome guarantee

We automate agreed steps; we do not promise a particular number of enquiries, appointments, sales, revenue or response rate. The customer remains responsible for commercial decisions, service suitability, pricing, compliance of its own marketing and fulfilment.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide lawful access and accurate configuration information.
  • Approve service areas, classification rules, messages and calendar availability.
  • Maintain a monitored fallback mailbox and respond to manual-review alerts.
  • Give appropriate privacy information to its prospects and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive data.
  • Tell us promptly about errors, complaints or changes to connected systems.

Changes, support and cancellation

Changes outside the package are quoted separately. Routine support and monitoring are included while the subscription is active. Standard cancellation and data-return or deletion arrangements are set out in the customer's order form.

Liability and law

The signed agreement contains the full liability terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Standard agreements are governed by the law of England and Wales, with its courts having jurisdiction.
